A 25-year-old man, Antonio Minor of Southeast D.C., has been arrested and charged with armed robbery. Police say a food delivery worker was robbed on November 5, 2025, at an apartment building in the 3400 block of 13th Place, Southeast. Three suspects reportedly confronted the worker and took his belongings before leaving the scene.
