The Metropolitan Police Department has arrested Michael Singleton, 38, in relation to a shooting on November 4, 2025. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of Minnesota Avenue, Southeast, Washington, DC. The victim, Lowell Trueheart, 40, was found with gunshot wounds and was declared dead at the scene.
