Dramatic accident at 9th and G St SW! According to the Police Officer the car lost control coming off the highway at Exit 4. It appeared to jump the curb, knocking over a fire hydrant and continue on the side walk before crashing through the fence at Jefferson Field.
I can’t even imagine how fast it was going to break through the fence like that. That intersection is a nightmare on a good day and very busy. No pedestrians were injured and driver was taken away in ambulance. License has handicapped plates and officer said it may……
