An incident involving the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) occurred in Brookland this morning. According to eyewitnesses, two gray SUVs, one Honda and one Ford, were involved in the arrest. Four agents surrounded a young man, engaged him in a conversation, and subsequently arrested him on the spot. The agents assured the young man that he would only be held for 10 days.
