The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has announced a new strategy to monitor the movement of the city’s youth, designating parts of the city as “Juvenile Curfew Zones.” Beginning tonight, young people will face curfew restrictions in both the Navy Yard and the U Street Corridor.
