Man faces multiple felony charges for 2024 Lola Saratoga burglary

Albany, NY (WRGB) — A Washington, D.C. man has been arraigned on charges connected to a 2024 burglary at Lola Saratoga, according to the Guilderland Police Department.

24-year-old Christopher Tyler, was arraigned on November 20, 2025, following an indictment out of Albany County. Police say he faces charges of burglary in the 3rd degree, grand larceny in the 4th degree, and two counts of criminal mischief in the 2nd degree.

The charges stem from a break-in reported at 1475 Western Ave. on July 23, 2024, around 12:43 a.m. In the early investigation, officers determined three male suspects reportedly smashed the storefront to gain entry and steal merchandise.
