USAO: DC man sentenced to 30 months in prison for deadly 2022 crash

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A D.C. man was sentenced to 30 months in prison and three years of supervised release for a deadly 2022 crash on Clara Barton Parkway, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the District of Maryland.

Jordan Johnson, 28, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter of a 23-year-old man and ordered to pay $12,000 in restitution to his family.

Court documents stated that on Mar. 20, 2022, around 4:45 a.m., Johnson was driving on Clara Barton Parkway at around 95 mph in a 35 mph zone when he struck two cars in the road that had been involved in a prior crash.
