The victim, identified as 50-year-old Donald Wayne Hunt of Waldorf, was found inside the Ebony Inn in Fairmount Heights on the 5300 block of Sheriff Road around 11:50 p.m. Dec. 8, suffering from gunshot wounds, according to Prince George’s County Police.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders.
Detectives said the preliminary investigation suggests Hunt was involved in a fight involving several other patrons. Police said the security guard was alerted to the disturbance and while interacting with the group, the guard fired his weapon and struck Hunt…
