SILVER SPRING, Md. (DC News Now) — Police are looking for a man accused of assaulting a child at the Silver Spring Dave and Buster’s in September.
The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said in a post on Dec. 15 that the assault took place on Sept. 28, around 10 p.m. at the Dave and Buster’s arcade in the 8600 block of Colesville Road.

On Monday night, DC News Now spoke with a group of women who were shopping near Dave and Buster’s in Silver Spring. Diane Mosby said the allegations are disturbing.
“We need to train our children about stranger danger. We need to tell our children ‘you don’t just let a stranger walk up to you and take your shoes and socks off and do that to you, and if he is able to do that, what is next?’” Mosby said.
Police said that a 10-year-old girl was in the arcade area when an unknown man “removed her shoes and socks and smelled her feet before leaving.”…
