The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) 3rd District Holiday Crime Suppression Task Force officers arrested an adult male in Silver Spring on December 17 after recovering a stolen vehicle during a theft investigation at a Target store on Cherry Hill Road.
According to MCPD 3rd District Commander Jason Cokinos, the suspect is believed to be connected to multiple retail thefts across the region, and the investigation remains ongoing.
