ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Seven months after a deadly EF-3 tornado left a trail of destruction through St. Louis, survivors and organizers traveled to Washington, D.C. to advocate for changes to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
The group from Action St. Louis joined nearly 90 natural disaster survivors and organizers from across the country at the nation’s Capitol this week, pushing for reforms to provide stronger disaster response.
