OK kids gather round as old man Dan takes you back to the DC of another age. I’m going to tell you a little story about December 19th, 2009. There was a time when organized snowball fights first emerged in DC. Thanks to cellphones, the internet/Facebook and a little mischief word quickly spread. And we hadn’t had a really good snow in a while so folks were pretty giddy about what would become known as snowpocalpyse/snowmageddon (the snow storms from December 2009 into January/February 2010.) ANYWAY, a massive snowball fight erupted at 14th and U Streets, NW UNTIL

“someone hit (with snowballs) a Hummer driving by belonging to a police officer and then the reader says multiple patrol cars responded.”
