SILVER SPRING, Md. (7News) — A TikTok video now seen more than 2 million times was supposed to be the call to action for a Montgomery County apartment complex.
It shows rats crawling on the fridge of a woman’s apartment in Silver Spring and dead rats on her apartment floor.
Some action was taken to alleviate the problem, but according to some tenants, the issue hasn’t been resolved…
