KETTERING, Md. (7News) — A 26-year-old Upper Marlboro man accused of carrying out a daylong shooting spree that killed one man and critically injured two others was ordered held without bond during his first court appearance Tuesday.
Damonte Williams did not speak during the hearing during which his attorney waived his right to a bond review. He faces charges including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and multiple related offenses, including illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
