UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — A Prince George’s County Circuit Court judge on Jan. 20, 2026, sentenced Angel Jenee Rich, 39, of Washington, D.C., to 10 years in prison, suspending all but three years, after she was convicted of vehicular manslaughter in connection with a fatal 2023 crash, prosecutors announced.
Rich will be placed on supervised probation following her release.
Rich, a technology entrepreneur, pleaded guilty on July 25, 2025, to one felony count of negligent manslaughter by vehicle.
