A deadly confrontation at a Maryland gas station that left a Beltsville man shot to death has now led to the arrest of an 18-year-old — while police say another suspect is still at large.
Yoel Christ Tie, 18, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 22, in connection with the Jan. 8 shooting that killed 43-year-old Gavin St. Aubyn Boothe, according to Montgomery County Police.
Officers assigned to the US Marshals Task Force took Tie into custody after detectives identified him as one of two suspects seen on surveillance video in the shooting, which unfolded around 7:45 p.m. in the 3000 block of Briggs Chaney Road, police said…
