In 2009, while finishing her final year at Marymount University, Arita was constantly on the move. Between commuting to classes, juggling an internship, and keeping up with everyday life, she found herself searching for food that was fast and convenient without sacrificing quality. What she kept running into was a gap: meals that were quick but forgettable, or thoughtful but impractical for a busy schedule. Rather than settle, she decided to build what she couldn’t find.
