WASHINGTON (7News) — Workers with D.C.’s Department of Public Works as they prepared to issue fines and warnings for snow-covered walkways. 7News followed along and asked what businesses and homeowners can do to avoid fines if they can’t clear the snow.
This is why some have seen sidewalk inspectors walking around. These icy walkways are so slippery that anyone could slip and hurt themselves.
