DC woman stuck from uncleared sidewalks, roads, says she missed dialysis appointment

WASHINGTON (7News) — Only 7News, uncleared ice trapped a 60-year-old Frances Stokes in her apartment, stopping her from making it to her dialysis appointments.

7News went to the Unity Place Apartments in Southeast D.C. and revealed that unplowed roads and walkways across the district are putting families at risk.
