Fork & Kitchen is set to open at 150 Gibbs Street in Rockville Town Square, taking over the 6,500-square-foot space previously occupied by Ekó House and Bar Louie.
The restaurant is scheduled to open on Friday, February 13, and is described as a new American concept with Southern influences.
The menu includes a range of small plates, entrées, and handheld items. Appetizers and starters feature items such as garlic parmesan rolls, deviled eggs, calamari, oxtail meatballs, wings, and seafood tacos. Lunch and dinner offerings include dishes such as crab cakes, ribeye steak, short ribs, branzino, burgers, lobster rolls, and grilled cheese.
