LANDOVER, MD — Maryland State Police have arrested a Washington, D.C. man following a chaotic sequence of events on the Capital Beltway (I-495) that left three vehicles damaged and rush hour traffic in disarray.
The accused, identified as Jeremiah David Fairfax, 23, of Washington, D.C., is facing a litany of charges after fleeing a traffic stop, crashing a stolen vehicle, and attempting to escape on foot.
