MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Decades after two sexual assaults took place in Montgomery County, police said Monday that a Virginia man is facing charges.
The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said Carl Rice Jr. was charged with two counts of first-degree rape and kidnapping, two counts of first-degree sex offense, three counts of first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault in connection with separate offenses that occurred in 1988 and 1990.
