Here’s a sneak peek at Fork & Kitchen, opening this weekend at The Square in downtown Rockville. It’s the latest restaurant venture from John Sarsah and Lewis Asare, a father-and-son team from Ghana. The duo also own the southern fusion restaurant South House Garden in Gaithersburg, and they previously ran a now-closed trio of Virginia restaurants called Sweet Teas. Fork & Kitchen spotlights southern dishes like seafood grits, crab cakes benedict and biscuits with gravy, along with classic American fare and a full bar.
