WASHINGTON (7News) — A real estate and investment firm is being sued by D.C. Attorney General Brian Schwalb for an alleged housing discrimination scheme.
Red Oak Capital Holdings is accused of discriminating against District tenants without housing vouchers, and decreasing rent-controlled housing supply.
