WALDORF, Md. — Two Temple Hills residents are facing felony theft charges after being accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from a department store in Waldorf, according to court documents.
Melissa Nazareth Lozano-Rodriguez, 21, of Temple Hills, and Carlos Alberto Mondragon-Guevara, 48, also of Temple Hills, were each charged with theft between $1,500 and under $25,000 in connection with an incident reported Feb. 14, 2026, at Macy’s located at 11100 Mall Circle in Waldorf.
According to charging documents, officers responded to the store at approximately 8:03 p.m. for a reported theft in progress.
