Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kaseal Abdorraheem, a missing 80-year-old.
Abdorraheem was last seen on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at approximately 9:45 p.m., near the 11100 block of Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring.
