WASHINGTON (7News) — A Southeast D.C. resident said her life has been “uprooted” after a DC Water main pipe burst in early February following the winter storm.
Deatrice Waters has been staying in a hotel on New York Avenue since her home flooded.
“This is the first time I’ve ever had a flood like this,” Waters said to 7News.
Waters said she has been in her home on 51st street for over 20 years and was totally devastated that she may have to leave the house permanently…
