DC man sentenced to 7 years for string of burglaries

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A D.C. man was sentenced to seven years in prison for a string of burglaries in June 2025, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the District of Columbia.

59-year-old Daniel Holley pleaded guilty in December to one count of first-degree burglary. He is additionally ordered to serve five years of supervised release.

According to court records, Holley attempted three burglaries throughout one week in June 2025.
