DC firefighters battle Northeast home engulfed in flames

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The DC Fire and EMS Department is on the scene of a Northeast house fire.

According to firefighters, crews responded around 4:30 p.m. to reports of a two-story row house fire in the 1600 block of Kramer St. NE.
