A new locally owned burger spot, Char’d, has fired up the grill at Pike & Rose. Replacing BurgerFi in the space between Bluemercury and Sweetgreen, Char’d offers a halal menu of grass-fed beef, organic chicken tenders, fries cooked in duck fat, and shakes made with premium ice cream.
