Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse in Rockville has been named to Eater DC’s March 2026 list of the “Best New Restaurants Around DC,” once again earning recognition as the only restaurant in Maryland included in the roundup (a video of the grand opening celebration and experience can be seen below).
The Brazilian steakhouse officially opened its doors in Rockville on Sunday, December 28, and celebrated the milestone with a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony in January. The recognition places Terra Gaucha among the most notable new dining destinations in the greater Washington region just weeks after opening.
