HUNTINGTOWN, Md. — A Temple Hills man was arrested after allegedly resisting arrest during a traffic stop in the Huntingtown area of Calvert County.
Justin Gregory Lemer Brown, 35, of Temple Hills, was taken into custody around 7:14 a.m. on March 8, 2026, following a traffic stop near the intersection of Route 4 and Plum Point Road.
According to charging documents, a Maryland State Police trooper observed a silver Toyota Corolla traveling approximately 43 mph in a posted 55 mph zone and noticed the passenger-side brake light was not functioning.
