Quinton Berry, 26, of Alexandria, was arrested and charged with Assault on Police (x2), Obstruction of Justice (x2), Attempt to Disarm an Officer, and Vehicle Tampering, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
He is being held without bond at the Arlington County Detention Facility, police said. The incident happened around 3:07 a.m. on Friday, March 20, in the Clarendon area, authorities said.
