WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A 22-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with two shootings in Northeast D.C., according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
Police said Omar James, of Southeast, D.C., was charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (gun).
According to MPD, on March 12, around 9 p.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 1900 block of Benning Rd, NW.
