It’s not a done deal yet, but lettuce fill you in on the buzz: We’re hearing that Just Salad is on the way to Rockville Pike. This would be the first Maryland location for the New York-based chain, which has been making a splash in D.C. these past few months. Despite its name, Just Salad actually offers a pretty broad menu of hot and cold bowls, platters, wraps, soups, smoothies, pretzels, cookies and Poppi sodas. It’s expected to join the newly bustling restaurant scene at Towne Plaza, long-ago home to Houston’s and Chef Geoff’s, which recently welcomed Tatte, California Fish Grill and the upcoming Wonder food hall. Wonder, originally scheduled to open this month, is now expected to arrive in April or May…
