WASHINGTON (7News) — A teenager has been arrested after a gun was fired into an apartment in Southeast D.C., according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
Officers responded around 10 a.m. Saturday, March 28, to the 3400 block of 13th Place, SE, after reports that a bullet had been fired through the ceiling of a unit.
