DUNKIRK, Md. — A Fort Washington woman was arrested earlier this month after a traffic stop in Dunkirk led to the discovery of suspected drugs and paraphernalia, according to court documents.
Keisha Yolanda Collins, 47, was taken into custody on March 23, 2026, following a traffic stop conducted by a Maryland State Police trooper in the area of Route 4 near Drury Lane.
According to charging documents, the trooper observed a gray Mercedes-Benz traveling below the posted speed limit and failing to maintain a single lane, drifting onto the shoulder multiple times before returning to the roadway.
