District resident Kamonte Dwayne Frazier was found shot over the weekend in Rockville, and his death was ruled a homicide, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police.
Officers were called around 10:20 p.m. on Friday, March 27, to the 12900 block of Twinbrook Parkway, where they found Frazier suffering from a gunshot wound.
