WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A firefighter was hurt, and three people were displaced after a Saturday rowhouse fire in Northwest D.C., according to the DC Fire and EMS Department (DCFEMS).
In a post to X shortly after 2:30 p.m., firefighters said crews responded to reports of a house fire in the 600 block Lamont St NW.
Upon arrival, crews found the fire coming from the basement of the two story rowhouse and contained the flames.
