First responders were called around 6:15 a.m. on April 7 to the intersection of Manor Road and Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase, where there were reports of a crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police.
Upon arrival, officers and fire and rescue crews found a man who had been struck on his motorcycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
