DUNKIRK, Md. — A Washington, D.C., man was arrested on drug charges following a late-night traffic stop in Dunkirk that led to the discovery of suspected narcotics and paraphernalia inside a vehicle, according to court documents.
Bobby Lee Robertson, 62, of Washington, D.C., has been charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
