12-year-old child also hit by dirt bike in Northwest DC says he scared to ride bikes again

WASHINGTON (7News) β€” A brave 12-year-old boy who helped his friend after they were both hit by a dirt bike in Northwest D.C. spoke to 7News exclusively days after the incident.

Ayden was injured along with his friend, Jahari Alford, who was in critical condition when first responders arrived. D.C. Bureau reporter Phylicia Ashley spoke to Ayden, who called for help, his mother, and the councilwoman who holds the power to help ensure this doesn’t happen again.
