Mad Seafood is bringing a taste of Louisiana to Annandale.
The new restaurant, at the corner of Annandale Road, Poplar Street, and Markham Street, specializes in Cajun-style, farm-raised fish and shrimp.
It’s open now, but a grand opening is planned for May 30, says manager Moe Abed.
The type of fish served is swai, which is similar to catfish and tilapia, and comes fried or grilled. There are also chicken and po’boy sandwiches.
Sides include fried green tomatoes, fried okra, green beans, mac and cheese, corn on the cob, red beans and rice, fries, and more…
