WASHINGTON — Two major events are both happening on the National Mall this Sunday.
Rededicate 250, “A National Moment of Reflection on the Mall,” is happening from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., while George Washington University commencement ceremony is at 10:30 a.m. Commencement will be on the grounds of the Washington Monument between 15th and 17th streets.
