Penthouse A at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach, a 27-story waterfront condominium tower under construction at 1717 N. Flagler Drive, has entered contract after being listed for $16.95 million, establishing a new record for the highest-priced condominium sale ever recorded on North Flagler Drive by both total sales price and price per square foot. The tower is being developed by Related Group and BH Group and is currently under construction along the city’s growing waterfront residential corridor.

Located on the 27th floor, Penthouse A is the premier residence within the development. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home spans 6,097 square feet of interior living space and includes approximately 1,200 square feet of outdoor terraces. The residence offers unobstructed southeast-facing views overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.

A private elevator opens directly into expansive living and entertaining spaces framed by floor-to-ceiling glass and 12-foot ceilings. Additional features include oversized closets, dual primary bathrooms, and a highly customized floor plan designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Expansive terraces extend the living areas outdoors while maximizing the residence’s panoramic waterfront views.

According to the development team, the buyer is a Palm Beach resident who was seeking a larger primary residence while remaining in the area. The penthouse’s expansive layout, privacy, and waterfront setting were among the factors that influenced the purchase.
