WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A mother is pleading for the driver responsible for a deadly hit-and-run in West Palm Beach to come forward.
Police say Connor Blais, 28, was riding his electric scooter home from work early Monday morning when he was hit and killed by a car. Investigators have not made an arrest.
