New data from the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office provides a snapshot of where many of Palm Beach County’s newest homeowners are relocating from.
Based on 2026 Homestead Exemption applications, the data highlights migration trends among those establishing a primary residence in the county. Homestead applicants came from every U.S. state except Oklahoma, illustrating the broad geographic appeal of Palm Beach County.
