LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. (CBS12) — An off-duty Riviera Beach police officer was arrested early Monday after deputies say he was driving the wrong way on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road while allegedly impaired.
According to the probable cause affidavit, deputies were dispatched around 1:57 a.m. to the intersection of Okeechobee Blvd. and Seminole Pratt Whitney Road for reports of a reckless driver, later identified as 27-year-old Riviera Beach Police Officer Mikhail Hanson, traveling in the wrong direction and hitting curbs.
When deputies arrived near East Edinburgh Drive and Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, they found a gray 2014 BMW stopped in the roadway with the driver still behind the wheel and the engine running, the report states…
