West Palm Beach considers 400-room convention center hotel and parking deal

Plans for a second major hotel near the Palm Beach County Convention Center are scheduled to go before the West Palm Beach City Commission on Monday evening.

is seeking approval to build an 18-story, 400-room hotel at 900 S. Rosemary Ave., on a roughly 1.8-acre site that has been used for overflow parking since 2016.
