UPDATE #2 at 4:45 p.m. — The Clerk’s offices tell BocaNewsNow.com that some services are back online and others are slowly being restored.
UPDATE #1 at 4 p.m. — We received this statement from the Palm Beach County Clerk of Court’s office: “A power issue at the County’s data center resulted in all of our systems going offline. Once power was restored, our team immediately got to work to restore all systems. We continue to workon bringing all systems back online but do not have an estimate on when our online services will be fully restored. We appreciate the community’s patience as our team works diligently to restore our online services.”
According to the Clerk’s website, access to court records and other systems is impossible right now, and the court system’s call center is also affected. The outage is only affecting public-facing records and data — there is no loss of official information…
